Tariff and Useful Information
Our Tariff is based on the room price for two people per night.
Please note the minimum stay is normally two nights, unless arranged privately, please email your request. There is an additional charge of £10 per room for single night stays.
Fairydean Mill – Double Room with En Suite Shower.
Fairydean Bridge – Twin Room with En Suite Shower and French Windows to garden area.
£105 per room per night for 2 people for a stay of 2 nights or longer.
£85 for single person occupancy.
Fairydean Burn – King Size Room with open plan En Suite Shower and French Windows to garden area.
£125 per night for 2 people for 2 nights or more.
£95 for single person occupancy.
Tree Top Suite – Double and (or) Twin with private Shower and exclusive use of the top floor with Fridge and Seating areas.
£115 per night for 2 people for a stay of 2 nights or longer in one of these rooms.
£200 per night for 2 to 4 people for a stay of 2 night or longer using both rooms.
Dogs – We love dogs and have a one off charge of £10 per dog stay, whether it’s for one night or a week.
B&B Price includes Luxury Hypnos Beds and Choice of Breakfasts, Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking and unlimited access to the countryside!
There are innumerable footpaths from the property and two popular eating establishments within walking distance, including the award winning Horseshoe Inn and The Blue Dug Restaurant at neighbouring Barony Castle.
Fine Dining is also available at the nearby award winning Cringletie House Hotel, which we can personally recommend.
