Breakfast & Other Services
Breakfast is served in the bright and spacious open plan Library, overlooking the banks of Fairydean Burn.
All breakfasts are prepared and cooked fresh to order by your hosts using quality ingredients. Mandi has a passion for bread making and always endeavours to provide fresh bread each morning for Fairydean guests. This may be a White Bloomer, Wholemeal Loaf, Sour Dough or Soda Bread (or if you happen to be French she might try her hand at Croissants.)
In addition to a cooked breakfast there is also an extensive range of cereals, fruit juices, yoghurts and toast, (you may have to request toast, David sometimes forgets to ask!)
We are also happy to make you a vegetarian breakfast (cooked in a separate pan) or to accommodate many other dietary requirements, if you can please let us know in advance.

Complimentary Cupcakes and Tea on Arrival – by prior arrangement.
We are professional cake makers so cupcakes (or ‘fairy cakes’ if your are a traditionalist) are one of our many specialities. So if you fancy a cuppa and a cupcake after your journey and want to take a few moments to relax and acclimatise yourself to the peace and quiet, just let us know.
Flowers & Chocolates to order by prior arrangement.
We have a renowned florist in Peebles and can arrange to have flowers ready in your room, as well as a selection of premium Belgian chocolates, or your own personal favourites.
