Our Tariff is based on the room price for two people per night. 

Please note the minimum stay is two nights.

Fairydean Mill - Double Room with En Suite Shower

Fairydean Bridge - Twin Room with En Suite Shower

£85 per room per night for 2 people for a stay of 2 nights or longer.

£65 for single person occupancy.

Fairydean Burn - King Size Room with open plan En Suite Shower and French Windows.

£105 per night for 2 people for 2 nights or more.

£85 for single person occupancy.

Tree Top Suite - Double or Twin with private Shower and exclusive use of the top floor.

£85 per night for 2 people for a stay of 2 nights or longer.

Price includes Luxury Hypnos Beds and Choice of Breakfasts, Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking and unlimited access to the countryside!

There are innumerable footpaths from the property and two popular eating establishments within walking distance, including The Horseshoe Inn and The Blue Dug at Barony Castle.

Fine Dining is also available at the nearby award winning Cringletie House Hotel, which we can personally recommend.
