We have just spent 2 fantastic days at Mandi and David's amazing B&B. We cannot fault the accommodation in any way at all. The attention to detail is just unbelievable. Mandi and David are amazing hosts and so friendly and made us feel very welcome in their lovely house.
What can we say about the breakfast, homemade bread and cupcakes - fabulous, out of this world!!
We would highly recommend this B&B and we will certainly be visiting again.
Thanks again Mandi and David (and Pippin the dog and Robert the goose) for a really lovely weekend.

The place looked amazing on the site however when we arrived it was even more stunning than we thought. Lovely setting and such a beautiful house. The room was so modern and clean with everything you need in it. Big tv, fluffy robes, the comfiest beds and the most lovely shower room.

we had an excellent stay and will be recommending this place to family and friends. Great place.

Can't wait to come back.
My boyfriend was very impresses with the cooked breakfast.... So tasty. I loved it!

Couldn't fault on anything.

See you again :-)

When I was told I was going to a bed and breakfast for an overnight stay with family members for a surprise birthday gift I was not sure about it being a B&B but have to say I was not expecting the accommodation that was on offer at Fairydean Mill. The rooms were modern and tastefully decorated with little extra special extra and on arrival we were offered a lovely tea with home made delicious cupcakes. The owners were friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother. It is a new build within lovely grounds and my room had doors that led out to a small patio right at the river. The breakfast had everything you could think of both health and traditional options with amazing home made bread. You are five minutes to centre of Peebles by car. We were a party of 6 females in three bedrooms on the lower floor and were given the option to sit in the dining area in the evening if we wished after we had been for dinner. As one of the bedrooms was large enough to accommodate us all we chose to sit and relax there and play some games with our nibbles and drinks. Would definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I decided to stay at Fairydean Mill whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. An excellent choice, as the owners couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They provided fabulous suggestions for us to fill our weekend, all within the local area. Upon arrival, we were provided with delicious cupcakes made by the owners. The room was beautifully finished, with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Upon waking, we had our morning coffee outside our own patio doors on a beautiful secluded private patio area overlooking the burn, before making our way up for a perfectly made breakfast. Overall a fantastic experience, and one I have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Whilst surfing the net for B&B within a 20 mile radius of Edinburgh and with a preference for the Scottish Borders, I hit upon the most magically sounding place - "Fairydean Mill". FABULOUS, what an absolute gem it turned out to be. If you are exploring the Scottish Borders or just wanting a few days of absolute luxury and peace, then I can't recommend this enough. We stayed in the "Fairydean Burn" which is a wonderfully spacious and simply stylish room with a fabulous 'open plan' shower. An added bonus are the French doors leading out on to a small open patio and an uninterrupted view of the Burn. To fall asleep in one of the comfiest beds ever whilst listening to the soporific Burn, is one of life's 'must do' experiences. Our hosts Mandi and David were absolutely charming. I can't wait to return for a longer stay.
